The Department of Economic Development (DED) has posted the final guidelines for its Small Business Grant Program. The program is funded via the State of Missouri’s share of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This program will invest $10 million to support small businesses to create resiliency and help accelerate their ongoing recovery, including minority and women-owned businesses.

The Small Business Grant Program's draft guidelines were posted on August 31 and DED accepted public comment until September 14. The final guidelines are now available here.

Applications are set to open November 16 at 10 a.m. CST. Complete information is also available on DED's ARPA business and community development webpage.

In the meantime, please review the draft Small Business Grant Program Guidelines which includes details such as minimum and maximum awards, eligible applicants, and funding priorities.
