Business Description: The Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri’s (CPSEMO) Community Housing Assistance Program strives to help residents of Cape Girardeau, Perry, and Bollinger Counties obtain housing that is affordable, accessible, safe, decent, and sanitary.
CPSEMO administers various housing grants, including HUD Supportive Housing Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant-Rapid Rehousing, Missouri Housing Trust Fund (MHTF), and Missouri Housing Innovation Programs Grant.
The Community Partnership is the Regional Lead for MO BoS CoC Region 1, an 11-county area. Responsibilities include managing the prioritization list for individuals presenting as homeless in the region and coordinating case conferencing among housing providers in the region.
