The 116 acre park is home to American Railcar Industries, Custom Steel, C&C Cartage, Skeeter-Kell Sporting Goods & Distribution, Frey Farms Produce LLC and Cotton Boll Sheltered Workshop. Industrial neighbors adjacent to the park include Manac Trailers U.S.A. and Parker-Hannifin Corp.
